Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory obligations to safeguard the Group’s integrity, reputation, and business continuity, ensuring the timely and accurate update of the Compliance Register and Risk Register, with appropriate identification, assessment, and mitigation of compliance and operational risks and overseeing the implementation of risk mitigation and compliance initiatives. This role also serves as the primary liaison between Group Risk & Compliance and the DXN Group of companies within the assigned region, facilitating two-way communication and providing expert guidance on risk and compliance matters.
